15 tips for beautiful skin
Below is a list of 15 useful tips for beautiful skin. I try to adhere to this as much as possible.
Tip 1
Adequate sleep is very important for the body. The body regenerates, breaks down waste products and repairs cells. It is not without reason that it is therefore also called beauty sleep.
Tip 2
Start from a young age with a healthy and natural diet. Unprocessed foods are best. This provides your skin with important vitamins, minerals, enzymes and amino acids. The latter are the building blocks of life and of crucial importance for the activities in the cells, cell renewal, firmness and elasticity of the skin.
Tip 3
Drink two to three liters of low-sodium mineral water per day. The skin is better perfused, smoother and more elastic. In addition, the skin can detoxify better.
Tip 4
Lots of outdoor movement. Sports activities such as walking ensure that the skin remains tight, excess fat disappears and the skin remains well-perfused.

Try to avoid stress, arguing and sadness as much as possible. Discontent, despair and depression are (also) bad for your skin!

Use skin care products and cosmetics that are well suited to your skin type and age, and make sure that they are perfume-free. Fragrances not only make the skin more sensitive, but also cause irritation. This is especially harmful for people with problem skin or sensitive skin.

Regardless of age, inner beauty can be enhanced by dietary supplements. Especially in stressful professions or when there is a shortage of certain substances. Supplements can also be useful for pregnant women, older people, athletes, people who often travel for business or chronically ill people.

Do not engage in beauty operations, plastic surgery, hormone treatments or crash diets. In the long term, they are not without consequences, they have serious side effects and do not work permanently.
