5 rules for a healthy diet - it's that simple!
Each of us is familiar with the basic rules of healthy eating. But we often face difficulties on the way to proper nutrition. How, then, to train yourself to eat right?
1. Avoid snacks from boredom. Food should be taken only when you feel hungry, and not when you are bored and just want to chew something.
You don’t need to eat enough until you are full, and you should get up from the table with a slight feeling of hunger. Always remember that a feeling of fullness comes 10-15 minutes after eating.
2. Do not eat up everything that is on the plate. Wean yourself from the habit of eating everything to the last bite. Always focus on your feelings, if you feel that you are already full, stop and get up from the table.
Overeating is also facilitated by meals while watching TV or at a computer. The place to eat food is the kitchen, and it is desirable that nothing distracts from eating.
3. Add fruits and vegetables to your daily diet. Try to eat one (better, of course, more) vegetable and fruit for each meal. Thus, you will not only receive great benefits from fruits and vegetables, but also be able to eat less high-calorie and not always healthy food.
Make salads of fruits and vegetables more often, add them to sandwiches and sandwiches, soups, omelettes and other dishes. Keep ready-to-eat fresh vegetables and fruits in sight.
4. Minimize food in fast foods, and if possible completely refuse. If you need to replace your route, which runs through seductive fast-food establishments, shops with hot dogs, shawarma, sandwiches and other similar products.
Carbonated drinks, stuffed with chemistry and sugar, replace with juices and plain water. Remember to drink at least 1.5 liters of plain water per day.
5. Arrange one, exceptionally healthy meal per day. It is quite real! If possible, take a lunch with you to classes or work, which will consist of healthy products: cereals, vegetables, fruits, lean meat, fish. If you are deprived of the opportunity to take lunch with you from home, then you can buy everything you need in the nearest market. If your work team uses the services of food delivery to offices, then you can choose healthy products from the menu provided.
As a snack, nuts, fruits, vegetables, bio-yogurts are perfect. And in the winter, a large selection of citrus fruits can become not only an excellent snack at work, but also protect you from colds and flu.
